Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Specialist will manage the creation and processing of rate change contracts, lead complex Value-Based Care Initiatives, and ensure compliance across Sales, Finance, and Billing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute contract changes related to rate changes and specialized deals, utilizing independent judgment
• Conduct contract research in Salesforce to support rate changes and process client assignment agreements
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance the rate change and contracting function

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in proposals or contracts, particularly with complex deal types
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Billing preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
