Job Summary

Driving the efficiency and scalability of the revenue engine, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Specialist will oversee proposal and contract workflows, optimize sales enablement tools, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee proposal, quote, and contract creation and workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain and optimize sales enablement tools, templates, and documentation
  • Lead training and mentorship to Sales Operations and Sales team members on tools and processes
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with CRM, RFPIO, and Connectwise is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members
