Job Summary
Supporting the Director of Account Management and Sales Teams, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Specialist will manage sales data and CRM, coordinate key projects, and facilitate communication across teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Account Management, including scheduling meetings and managing executive calendars
- Evaluate current processes and develop new SOPs to close gaps between departments while tracking deliverables of key team members
- Organize and support National Sales meetings and manage a Sales calendar for RFPs, ensuring all key deliverable dates are communicated
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of B2B Sales or Sales support experience
- Proficiency in data management tools, including Excel and Salesforce
- Strong ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Experience in developing and improving administrative systems
- Self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
