Job Summary
To support impactful outreach initiatives, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Specialist will design and execute multi-channel educational outreach to C-suite executives in healthcare, leveraging AI tools for personalized communication while collaborating with internal teams to enhance messaging and market intelligence, all in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach cadences to educate healthcare leaders on Stanson's solutions
- Research and understand the challenges facing health system leaders to create compelling outreach
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline from outreach to handoff, ensuring no opportunities are missed
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience in inside sales or market development, preferably in healthcare technology
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for research and personalized communication
- Experience communicating with C-suite or VP-level executives in hospital systems
- Strong understanding of value-based care models and related healthcare challenges
