Job Summary
Supporting the effectiveness of the sales and support organization, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Specialist will leverage technology and data insights to enhance productivity, manage CRM systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and support strategies for sales and support technology, enhancing team productivity and effectiveness
- Develop reporting and analyze trends to provide strategic direction for sales revenue and productivity improvements
- Create and manage training programs for sales technology and processes, ensuring user adherence and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years' experience in sales or marketing operations, business system support, or IT/business analysis
- 2+ years of business analytics or CRM/sales force automation experience
