Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Sales Operations & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and optimize end-to-end revenue strategy by collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance
  • Lead business reviews, build dashboards for performance intelligence, and provide actionable insights from data analysis
  • Own forecasting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and driving AI/ML adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in RevOps, Business Ops, or GTM in SaaS/high-growth environments; consulting experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in process optimization that enhances revenue efficiency
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM tech stacks like HubSpot, Apollo, and Clari
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's is a plus
