Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of sales planning functions, the full-time remote Senior Sales Planning Manager will optimize sales coverage, manage headcount forecasting, and develop book of business strategies to drive revenue growth and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales coverage planning and optimization for Growth Advisors and Growth Specialists, ensuring scalable coverage models
- Own frontline headcount planning and allocation, aligning hiring plans with revenue targets and market demand
- Define and evolve Book of Business strategy, translating partner segmentation into high-performing portfolios
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations with a focus on sales planning and coverage design
- Proven analytical skills and experience using performance metrics to inform planning decisions
- Experience building scalable planning systems in growth-stage organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to revenue outcomes
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
