Job Summary

Senior Sales Programs Manager is a full-time position responsible for collaborating with sales teams and executives to develop and implement effective sales programs that drive pipeline generation and progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive sales leaders and cross-functional teams to assess and address pipeline generation needs
  • Develop and execute a cohesive sales programs strategy to meet business objectives
  • Measure program effectiveness and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales support, enablement, strategy, or management consulting
  • Experience in monitoring pipeline metrics and data analysis
  • Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Self-directed and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
