Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of sales hiring best practices and sourcing techniques
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to drive results in a fast-paced setting
