Senior Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter to lead and execute its sales hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Source candidates through diverse channels and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and manage the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales recruitment with a proven track record
• In-depth knowledge of sales roles and the sales hiring process
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting for senior sales positions is preferred
