Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years in sales roles
Proven success in sourcing and converting passive candidates
Track record of meeting goals for quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance
Proficiency in structured interview techniques and complex offer negotiation
Experience managing multiple concurrent searches effectively
