A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter (6 month contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including strategizing and independently meeting team needs
• Guide hiring teams and candidates through a seamless hiring experience
• Collaborate with leadership to craft hiring strategies and anticipate future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting sites
• Hands-on experience conducting training for hiring managers and interview panelists
• In-depth knowledge of hiring trends and unique sourcing strategies in the medical device sales space
