• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact GTM roles, focusing on candidates in fast-paced environments
• Mentor and support recruiting team members while improving recruiting efficiency and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including creative sourcing and closing complex offers
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through trust and transparency
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
• A hands-on, self-starter mindset with a willingness to take on diverse tasks
