Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the remote full-time Senior Sales Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles, develop creative sourcing strategies, and optimize the interview process while partnering with sales leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive Go-To-Market talent acquisition for revenue roles in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent
  • Refine the interview process to enhance the candidate experience from initial contact to hiring
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in sales/GTM recruiting
  • High energy and persuasive skills to effectively pitch the company's vision
  • Organized and systematic approach to building scalable hiring processes
  • Creative problem-solving abilities in tight talent markets
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and executive stakeholders
