Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the remote full-time Senior Sales Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles, develop creative sourcing strategies, and optimize the interview process while partnering with sales leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Go-To-Market talent acquisition for revenue roles in collaboration with sales leadership
- Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent
- Refine the interview process to enhance the candidate experience from initial contact to hiring
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in sales/GTM recruiting
- High energy and persuasive skills to effectively pitch the company's vision
- Organized and systematic approach to building scalable hiring processes
- Creative problem-solving abilities in tight talent markets
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and executive stakeholders
