Job Summary
Owning the recruitment process for specialized, security-cleared Sales and non-Sales roles, the full-time Senior Sales Recruiter - Security Clearance will drive talent acquisition efforts remotely, utilizing a sales mindset to build a high-velocity talent pipeline and close hard-to-hire candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a talent pipeline of qualified, cleared candidates for priority roles
- Run the recruiting process like a sales funnel, focusing on conversion, speed, and quality from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns and partner with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategies and goals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience for cleared National Security Sales roles with an active network of cleared talent
- Proven success in filling hard-to-close roles through outbound sourcing and persistent follow-up
- Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and the ability to adjust strategies based on data
- Experience operating in a quota-like environment while managing multiple high-impact searches
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills to influence senior candidates and hiring leaders
