Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Outbound Sales Representative, the successful candidate will manage a pipeline of families seeking senior living options, execute high-volume outreach, and convert interest into move-ins through effective consultative selling.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and guide families through the decision-making process for senior living options
  • Conduct consistent outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage families and advance their decision
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
