Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Outbound Sales Representative, the successful candidate will manage a pipeline of families seeking senior living options, execute high-volume outreach, and convert interest into move-ins through effective consultative selling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and guide families through the decision-making process for senior living options
- Conduct consistent outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage families and advance their decision
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
