Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Sales Representative will manage a pipeline of families seeking senior living options, focusing on re-engagement and conversion through high-volume outreach and consultative selling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of families, guiding them towards move-in decisions through consistent follow-up and outreach
- Drive outcomes by facilitating tours and referrals, ensuring families receive the necessary support throughout the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems to track pipeline status and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
