Key responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of families, guiding them towards move-in decisions through consistent follow-up and outreach
  • Drive outcomes by facilitating tours and referrals, ensuring families receive the necessary support throughout the decision-making process
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems to track pipeline status and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
