Job Summary
Managing revenue opportunities within assigned accounts, the full-time Senior Sales Specialist in Construction will independently generate and close new business while driving customer adoption through consultative selling in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently generate, advance, and close business opportunities while maintaining strong forecast accuracy
- Lead structured discovery conversations to articulate customer value and position solutions effectively
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to align capabilities with customer workflows and co-develop account growth strategies
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a quota-carrying B2B sales role
- Demonstrated experience managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, and closing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a technology, software, or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of solution capabilities and their business applications
- Ability to independently execute sales and growth strategies within an assigned scope
