Job Summary
Partnering closely with sales leadership, the full-time remote Senior Sales Strategy Manager will enhance revenue performance, improve sales execution, and implement scalable forecasting processes across Zillow's New Construction sales organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify revenue drivers and growth opportunities by analyzing sales processes and performance trends
- Develop and operationalize sales strategies based on market insights and team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design standardized forecasting processes and reporting frameworks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, or consulting, preferably supporting B2B sales organizations
- Proven ability to partner with sales leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing business cases and performance insights
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and AI tools for sales performance reporting
- Experience communicating insights and influencing decisions with senior stakeholders
