Job Summary
Partnering closely with sales leaders, the full-time Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager will develop data-driven strategies to enhance revenue and operational efficiency while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration required approximately once a week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects aimed at increasing sales productivity and revenue
- Analyze business drivers and trends to translate data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
- Identify and improve processes and systems to scale business operations, leveraging AI for data analysis and workflow automation
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategy & operations within a fast-paced, analytical environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Experience building metrics frameworks and dashboards for senior leadership decision-making
- Ability to partner with senior sales leaders to define strategy and drive accountability against goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
