Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Sales Strategy Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to sales leaders, driving performance through data-driven insights, operational support, and the development of sales plays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales segment and channel leaders to help exceed performance targets
- Own the Weekly Business Review process, managing pipeline, performance tracking, and forecasting
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL/Excel and experience with complex datasets
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders without direct authority
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and sales analytics platforms
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements that yield measurable impact
