Senior Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Support Associate to provide sales-cycle and administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Medical Stop Loss Request for Proposal (RFP) process and ensure compliance with timelines
• Provide administrative support to Customer Relationship Managers and act as a liaison among sales personnel, customers, and producers
• Assist with onboarding new hires and participate in team meetings and special projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry, sales administration, or customer service
• Knowledge of Medical Stop Loss products is a plus
• Understanding of customer service and relationship management concepts preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be customer-focused and resolution-oriented
