Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Support Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for quoting and benefits analysis, collaborating with sales and carrier partners
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in proposal development, quoting, or sales support, preferably in insurance or employee benefits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or equivalent platforms
• Experience in the group insurance or employee benefits industry is preferred
