Senior Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Account Executives in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will facilitate post-sales activities, enhance client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for post-sales functions, including quote configurations and purchase order preparation
• Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to verify product pricing and availability
• Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to deliver tracking information to customers and assist with RFQ and RFP documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone etiquette
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated initiative, organization, and flexibility in a team-oriented setting
