Job Summary
Driving the future of sales tools strategy, the full-time Senior Sales Tools Strategy Manager will evaluate current sales experiences, develop future capabilities, and lead the integration of AI-driven workflows across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the assessment and evolution of existing sales tools and workflows to enhance the sales experience
- Shape strategies for sales tools and workflow automation by translating business priorities into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and prioritize enhancements for sales capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of sales motions and customer relationship management practices
- Experience in developing business requirements and success metrics
- Familiarity with Gen AI, workflow automation, and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree
