Senior Sales Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Professional Sales Training & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of sales enablement strategies aligned with sales goals
• Maintain and update sales training modules and customer toolkit for practice assets
• Deliver ongoing training programs for the sales team, including onboarding and education on new products

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry
• Experience in developing training curriculum and hosting training webinars
• Understanding of clinical data interpretation and effective training program delivery
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
