Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their Business Systems team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and automate scalable customer lifecycle workflows in collaboration with various teams
  • Implement automation-first solutions to replace manual processes and enhance customer engagement
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using iPaaS tools
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience administering and scaling Salesforce environments
  • Strong experience with Customer Success and lifecycle management workflows
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools and building/maintaining integrations
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Lightning configuration and platform capabilities
  • Strong data skills with the ability to query/analyze data
