Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their Business Systems team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and automate scalable customer lifecycle workflows in collaboration with various teams
- Implement automation-first solutions to replace manual processes and enhance customer engagement
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using iPaaS tools
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience administering and scaling Salesforce environments
- Strong experience with Customer Success and lifecycle management workflows
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools and building/maintaining integrations
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Lightning configuration and platform capabilities
- Strong data skills with the ability to query/analyze data
