Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across the organization
• Lead the development of scalable custom solutions and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance standards and drive Salesforce release cycles

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; advanced certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration and development
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce security architecture
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
