Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

To shape the future of Salesforce solutions, the full-time Senior Salesforce Administrator will own the product roadmap for a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, working closely with executive leadership and engaging with Fortune 500 clients to drive innovative product strategies and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines, identifying market opportunities and translating Salesforce platform knowledge into product capabilities
• Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends while pioneering governance frameworks for autonomous systems
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and translate complex requirements into effective product solutions, partnering with sales and engineering teams for successful execution

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment models, and security frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully launching products that meet enterprise customer needs in regulated industries
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance tools is strongly preferred
• Strong perspective on the impact of AI/ML on Salesforce development and governance
