Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce System Administrator who will administer Salesforce CRM, lead implementation efforts, and manage product backlogs while collaborating with business stakeholders and agile teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring effective solutions that meet business needs
- Lead the prioritization and resolution of issues, acting as a point of escalation for support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics, build reports, and guide the vision and strategy for Salesforce CRM
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM System Administration experience
- 5+ years of Scrum Product Management or Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years of experience leading project teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies
