Job Summary

To enhance client and policy management within an Insurance Broker ecosystem, the fully remote Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Administrator will lead the implementation and administration of Salesforce solutions, leveraging AI-driven tools to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation, administration, and configuration of Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud for Insurance Brokers
• Develop and maintain custom code, integrations, and automation using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with corporate standards and optimize AI-assisted configurations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud and Digital Insurance solutions
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and automation tools like Flows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and engineering standards
• Required Salesforce certifications: Certified Platform Developer 2, Certified System Administrator, and Certified Financial Services Cloud
