Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

To enhance the Salesforce platform, the remote full-time Senior Salesforce Administrator will manage user and license management, implement configuration changes, and gather requirements to design scalable solutions that prioritize user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of user and license management, including setup, roles, profiles, and permissions
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes and maintain the sandbox environment while ensuring data quality
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and create a platform roadmap to improve user experience and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification
• At least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with additional certifications preferred
• Proven experience in change management and governance
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration changes and basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
