Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

To enhance the Salesforce platform and support organizational goals, the full-time Senior Salesforce Administrator will gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage all aspects of org health while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and translate requirements into best practice solutions focusing on user experience
• Design and build business solutions on the Salesforce platform, including automation and configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create a platform roadmap and manage release processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
• 1+ years of experience with Certinia PSA
• Experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; CPQ experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Flow Builder
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
