Senior Salesforce Administrator
Job Summary
To support the RevOps team, the remote Senior Salesforce Administrator will design and deploy Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data quality while collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including validation rules and custom objects
- Serve as the primary support contact for Revenue users, resolving tickets and troubleshooting system errors
- Partner with leadership to translate business requirements into scalable system designs and maintain data quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth B2B environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred
- Proficiency with declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, and custom objects
- Experience integrating Salesforce with modern GTM tools, including marketing automation and sales engagement
- Strong service orientation and a genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and workflows
