Senior Salesforce Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to drive enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design Salesforce solutions to meet organizational goals
• Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and manage Sales Performance Management Suite
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and collaborate with IT teams for system compliance and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 5+ years of software configuration or application development experience
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant are required
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and workflow automation
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and products, including Sales Cloud Unlimited Edition and Agentforce for Sales
