Senior Salesforce Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Deal Desk & Salesforce Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-order process in Salesforce CRM and related systems
• Ensure accuracy in customer quotes, service orders, pricing, and product configurations
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and CX teams throughout the deal lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Operations for B2B SaaS or technology sales
• Expertise in CPQ tools and Salesforce Sales & Service clouds
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and quote-to-cash processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system/process designs
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with various departments
