Senior Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, the full-time Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect will collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to create scalable solutions, while also engaging in hands-on development and integration with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
Key responsibilities
- Provide architecture expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on case management, digital engagement, and customer service operations
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and other enterprise applications
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Salesforce enhancements, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business systems, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect
- Deep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features and hands-on development skills
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or other enterprise ERPs
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred
