Leading consulting engagements, the full-time Senior Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Financial Services will transform complex business needs into secure and scalable Salesforce solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional discovery sessions with stakeholders to define business objectives and identify improvement opportunities
- Design Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for various regulated industry use cases and present architecture recommendations to client leadership
- Perform declarative Salesforce configuration and support user acceptance testing, ensuring clear requirements for delivery teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in solution architecture, consulting, or business analysis
- 5+ years of industry experience in wealth management, banking, insurance, or lending, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Demonstrated leadership in leading cross-functional discovery and converting business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities, data modeling, and integration concepts
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams, including onshore and offshore members
