Senior Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the enterprise design authority, the full-time Senior Salesforce Architect will lead the technical architecture of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalable and secure solutions while collaborating closely with Sales Operations and the Certinia system team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end technical architecture for the Salesforce platform and govern development standards aligned with commercial strategy
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Certinia teams to translate commercial priorities into actionable platform solutions and maintain a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing processes
- Lead the design and adoption of AI capabilities on the platform, ensuring alignment with measurable business value and overseeing Salesforce service desk operations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, particularly in Sales Cloud
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and AI-driven automation tools like Agentforce and Einstein
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, with proven ability to architect enterprise CRM platforms
- Advanced Salesforce architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
