Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document requirements for enterprise-level business system solutions
- Serve as a technical expert and advocate across operations teams, developers, and software vendors
- Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in Salesforce Customer Experience projects
- Experience in designing data integrations and transformations across SaaS systems
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Working knowledge of implementing Customer Experience processes
- Fundamental understanding of data systems and relational databases
