Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document requirements for enterprise-level business system solutions
  • Serve as a technical expert and advocate across operations teams, developers, and software vendors
  • Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience in Salesforce Customer Experience projects
  • Experience in designing data integrations and transformations across SaaS systems
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Working knowledge of implementing Customer Experience processes
  • Fundamental understanding of data systems and relational databases
