Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who will serve as a strategic technology partner for GTM stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic technology partner for GTM stakeholders and align technology strategy with business goals
• Lead end-to-end GTM solution design, optimize processes, and support integrations across the GTM tech stack
• Drive change management, user adoption, and establish high-quality documentation and governance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis within a technology or SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of GTM business processes, including lead management and customer lifecycle workflows
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with data quality, governance, and security best practices within Salesforce and related systems
• Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred
