Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives across its Commercial Banking organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories in Jira and serve as a liaison between users and developers
• Support enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem and perform system dependency analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, particularly in commercial banking or lending
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a delivery-focused role
• Experience writing user stories in Jira and performing functional testing in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and experience with system integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
