Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including design, configuration, and testing
• Provide ongoing production support and drive process improvements through training and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
