Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who will drive product vision and strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines
• Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps capabilities and agent-aware governance
• Engage with Fortune 500 customers to understand their needs and translate them into product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
• Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, including metadata architecture and deployment models
• Proven track record of shipping products adopted by enterprise customers
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is preferred
• Strong perspective on the impact of AI/ML on Salesforce development and governance
