Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will gather and analyze business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful Salesforce solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and validate client business needs and Salesforce application requirements through requirements gathering sessions and documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables
• Translate requirements into user stories and delivery artifacts, supporting end-to-end solution delivery and quality assurance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field with eight or more years of relevant experience, including six or more years of Salesforce experience
• Salesforce certification preferred, specifically Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with required Agile certification; SAFe or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred
• Exceptional analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements and supporting cross-functional execution
