Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as the US-based anchor for the Public Sector Business Applications team, the full-time Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will manage end-to-end ownership of GTM processes, translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with GTM business goals
• Conduct deep-dive discovery and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
• Perform hands-on configuration and manage system enhancements in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven knowledge in configuring Salesforce Flows, Case Management, and Experience Sites
• Familiarity with technologies that integrate into the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience applying business systems analysis skills to enterprise applications beyond Salesforce
• Solid understanding of Federal sales cycles and contract structures
