Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to align business objectives with Salesforce capabilities
• Document current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future state design options
• Translate strategy into a practical roadmap with sequenced initiatives and maintain business architecture artifacts

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Business Architecture, enterprise transformation, or process improvement with Salesforce experience
• Proven expertise in discovery/facilitation and current state documentation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their integration with adjacent solutions
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to shape scope and establish acceptance criteria
• Relevant Salesforce certifications and experience in complex, regulated environments preferred
