Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support and evolve their Go-To-Market systems ecosystem with Salesforce at its core.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements discovery and analysis for GTM initiatives
• Independently configure Salesforce and troubleshoot production issues
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to GTM systems roadmap planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and business systems experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin preferred)
• Proven experience independently configuring Salesforce solutions
• Strong GTM domain experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Partner teams
