Job Summary

To support ongoing Salesforce operations, the part-time freelance Senior Salesforce Consultant will provide user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment, working 20-40 hours per month.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs
  • Collaborate with development and admin teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration tools
  • Experience with ticketing/support systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
