Senior Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
Leading complex healthcare and life sciences engagements, the full-time Senior Salesforce Consultant will manage end-to-end technical delivery, mentor junior team members, and utilize AI tools to enhance project efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture discussions and configure declarative solutions across various Salesforce clouds
- Own delivery of large and complex Implementation Services or Managed Services projects from discovery through go-live
- Direct AI tools to generate automation logic while ensuring compliance with PHI and HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of platform experience, including 3+ years in healthcare and life sciences consulting
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one Salesforce specialty cloud, with 4+ relevant certifications
- Proven track record of leading Implementation Services or Managed Services projects autonomously
- Deep working knowledge of PHI data handling and HIPAA security rules with exposure to multiple HLS use cases
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and proactively identify systemic issues
